Our Warranty
We guarantee your puppy to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge at the time of this sale and for 2 year thereafter. The purchase of any puppy is subject to the following terms & conditions. Any puppy sold will come with up to date puppy shot(s), and shot records, deworming is started at 4 weeks, and continued at 6 & 8 weeks. No puppy will be re-placed that fails to have proper veterinary care. We would need to have all shot & medical records, if receiving a re-placement puppy. The puppy must be kept up to date on all shots, and kept on heartworm prevention, from the time you get him or her, for the warrantee to be honored. Your new puppy must be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 5 business days of purchasing the puppy, if purchased on the weekend or holiday, then the puppy must be taken to the Vet on the following working day for an examination. If your regular Vet is not available, then you are required to take the puppy to another Vet of your choice for the examination. A copy of the exam, (NOT THE BILL) must be sent to us within 1 week of the purchase date for any warranties to be valid. It is your responsibility to make sure we get a copy of the puppy’s exam, as proof within the allotted time. The warranty starts the date of the actual purchase of the puppy, when you leave with your puppy. Should you decide to not take the puppy to be checked out, within the allotted time, you are agreeing to purchase the puppy as-is, with no guarantees.

AKC Registration
KnL’s Goldens will provide the registration papers for the puppy with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Registration of puppy is at the expense of the purchaser. KnL’s Goldens is providing you with a PET quality dog and we will NOT guarantee the breeding ability of the puppy. We are providing this puppy on a LIMITED REGISTRATION.
Breeding Conditions and Restrictions
This puppy is being sold with the understanding that he/she is to purely be a pet and will NOT participate in any kind of breeding. Within six months of the pick-up date of this contract, the buyer will have this pet spayed or neutered and proof of such will be sent to KnL’s Goldens. Failure to abide by these stipulations could result in K & L’s Goldens fining the owners $500.00 plus return of the puppy at the expense of the Buyer along with all documentation. Void of any of this portion of the contract will result in void of the entire contract and the returning of the puppy/dog to KnL’s Goldens.
Health Replacement Warranty
KnL’s Goldens Health Guaranty warrants and guaranties that the puppy purchased is to be in good health, of sound mind and free of physical defects as apparent to the naked eye.
**Health Guarantee Does not cover:
Parasites such as coccidian worms or any other parasite. ** Parasites are common in puppies and preventative medications should continue after sale**
Testicles are not covered, breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet only, and cannot guarantee fitness for breeding.
Any and all HERNIAS (Inguinal or Umbilical) are all common in puppies and usually disappear by 6 months of age, and is not life threatening and in no way interferes with the quality of life.

Hypoglycemia (Sugar Drop) I suggest keeping Nu-tra Cal on hand, Karo Syrup can also be used.
Parvo/Corona Virus is not covered, 1 shot alone is not a prevention, it is your responsibility to keep up your puppy’s shots, on time, and up to date.
Heart, kidney, and Lung failure, will need a letter from (2) licensed Vets agreeing upon diagnosis, and sent to us. Note: ALL MEDICAL BILLS are the buyers responsibility. Under no circumstances will we pay any medical bill. These conditions are listed and limited to Heart, kidney, and Lung failure only. No other condition is covered in this health warranty, and is for the person purchasing said puppy only and will become null if transferred to another person. In the event this warranty is exercised it would be subject to availability of another litter from same breeder, same sex, and of equal value, as soon as available, which could take up to one year, from the time we receive a letter from your Vet explaining the puppy’s medical problems, to replace the puppy. Shipping of the original and replacement puppy is at the expense of Buyer. Color, size, or shape is NOT guaranteed.
DEATH: In case of death, an autopsy (done at BUYERS EXPENSE) stating cause of death will be required before receiving a replacement puppy. NO MONEY IS EVER REFUNDED!
Buyer must also provide proof to Seller of shots, wormings, and checkup from a vet to be in accordance with the terms of this guarantee and for the guarantee to remain in effect. AKC paperwork will also have to be returned to KnL’s Goldens.
The ENTIRE guarantee is null and void if you cannot produce evidence of this care.

First Right of Refusal
If at any time, the purchaser cannot or does not want to keep said puppy KnL’s Goldens has the right to first refusal. If first refusal is denied to KnL’s Goldens, then
KnL’s Goldens has the right to demand the entire price of the puppy refunded by the purchaser back to KnL’s Goldens. The puppy must be in good health and you must provide proof of current shots, wormings, and rabies vaccines. All AKC paperwork must also be signed over to KnL’s Goldens.
This return offers NO financial obligation by KnL’s Goldens to
reimburse the Buyer for any or all expenses relating to the puppy.

Puppy Pick up and Shipping
Buyer is to pay all costs related to the shipment of the puppy. This may include, but is not limited to the costs of an airline quality shipping kennels; bedding materials; bowls; puppy food; third party shipping costs; gas; mileage; and time. Seller is to provide a complete and accurate total cost estimate of all shipping costs to the Buyer a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to shipping the puppy. Cost of shipping must be paid in full by Buyer prior to initial shipment of the puppy.
If no contact or full payment for the puppy including shipping costs is made within three (3) business days of the agreed upon pick-up date, the obligation of KnL’s Goldens is void and Buyer forfeits all funds made as a deposit or payment and may not receive the puppy listed above.
Other Conditions and Restrictions
This dog will be kept at proper weight and never allowed to become obese. This dog will be given adequate and proper shade and housing. The dog will also be given the correct amount of food and have water available at all times. This dog shall in no manner be mistreated or neglected in any way. The dog shall receive adequate and proper vet care and all inoculations must be maintained and up to date.
Due to the varying kinds of food and different environmental conditions the puppies comes into contact with, and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature, we will not guarantee their health unless they are given NuVet Plus immune system builder, as directed by the manufacturer, for the entire guarantee period. Failure to do so, makes this guarantee null and void. We start the puppies on this around 6 weeks of age when they are winged from mother and we send home samples with each puppy.

These guarantees are non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. There is NO EXCEPTION to these policies.

Changing your mind, or any personal situation that may arise causing you not to be able to fulfill this agreement, forfeits any and all monies paid on and agreed upon. So make sure this is the puppy you want, and you are willing and able to provide a safe and loving home and life for said puppy. Any Neglect, or PRICE REDUCTION voids all agreements…..
